Only a qualifying RUNTS-registered ETS, constituted before 1 January 2024 with a local headquarters/operation, could lead; it had to partner with at least two other organizations. Max request €600,000 per project; at least 20% cash co-financing. Not a grant to public bodies, individuals, or an informal group.
Applications used Fondazione CON IL SUD Chàiros platform; the window is closed. Applicant gate: lead must meet Third Sector Code/RUNTS criteria and local operational presence; partnership includes at least two other entities, one from third sector. Properties had to be available to lead/ETS partner for at least ten years from 1 January 2026. Project duration 36–48 months; purchase or construction was ineligible and rehabilitation was capped at 40% of requested grant. Use only as an archived route / future-call model.
