Puglia Accogliente is OPEN until 12 October 2026 at 10:00. A Comune applies to renovate/re-purpose a property it owns or has full availability of for at least ten years after completion, creating social housing and services for regularly resident migrants (minimum 40 places). This is a targeted municipal capital route, not a grant to a migrant household, cooperative, or general cohousing group.
