It was addressed to qualifying municipalities for public ERP recovery; the “casagiovani” reserve contemplated co-housing/co-living for young couples, under-36s, single-parent households and separated/divorced residents, but the municipality—not those households or their group—applied. The subsequent HO.P.E. housing plan is an announced multi-line public programme; the reviewed page does not establish an open group application call. Household ERP access is through local public allocation notices. A separate ETS-led social-housing call covering Campania, it-basilicata-benvenuti-a-casa-2026, closed in May 2026.
