Sostre Cívic uses two distinct member-facing routes: capital social voluntari (additional voluntary cooperative share capital that strengthens the cooperative’s equity) and títols participatius (project-linked participatory investment with a defined recovery term and compensation). They are not interchangeable with refundable occupancy contributions, ordinary member shares or bank loans, and returns/repayment depend on the applicable statutes and issuance terms. The cooperative’s current savings page says both routes are presently closed to new contributions; prospective contributors can leave contact details for notice when tools reopen. Do not quote prior campaigns as a live offer.

Sostre Cívic reported that its December 2025–February 2026 voluntary-capital campaign raised €500,000 from 79 people and brought accumulated voluntary share capital to €1.5 million. It said the 2025 campaign updated annual remuneration to 2%; these are dated cooperative disclosures, not guaranteed future terms. Separately, the 2024 audited accounts show €20,298.28 expense for remunerating voluntary capital versus €1,728.32 in 2023. A May 2025 campaign announcement described prior capital calls at 3%, and the 2025 annual report says €1,439,500 voluntary capital at 31 December 2025 (pending audit at publication); use the later February 2026 campaign announcement for the €1.5m cumulative amount and its then-stated 2% rate. Always confirm a new resolution’s current rate, withdrawal rules, tax treatment and risk before relying on them.

Participatory titles are for a specific project when issued, so verify whether an actual subscription window is open and inspect its contract, maturity, remuneration, ranking and repayment source. The present savings page says current project-title subscription is closed; Cal Paler Nou was the named project at that point. This own-capital route helps explain Sostre Cívic’s capital stack but does not make its €31m Council of Europe Development Bank loan generally available to other cooperatives (ct-private-ceb-sostre-civic). Related independent debt and land tenure include ct-coop57-habitatge and ct-dret-superficie.

Resident-member recruitment is a different route from investing in the cooperative: La Bertrana in Manresa currently shows registrations open, subject to Sostre Cívic membership, HPO conditions, income affordability, training and a first €1,800 payment (€1,500 returnable capital and €300 non-returnable entrance fee). The page says applications are reviewed three times a year and gives 15 October 2026 as the next cut-off. La Llaó in Lleida currently shows registrations closed after its 28 May–22 June 2026 intake. These are dated occupancy-project statuses, not subscription offers; recheck before acting.
