Fiare Banca Etica explicitly lists social and/or cooperative housing among the sectors it may finance, and offers organisations short-, medium- and long-term finance, including loans for productive or investment assets. A Catalan housing cooperative can submit a project through the bank’s online financing process; the bank evaluates repayment capacity and social, environmental and ethical impact. Public material does not publish a standard rate, maximum amount, tenor, loan-to-cost ratio or guarantee package for housing projects, so request a project-specific proposal and do not budget an assumed offer. This is an enquiry route, not a named Catalonia housing facility. Apply as the actual borrowing entity: Sostre Cívic’s separately constituted association’s public-utility status does not make it interchangeable with Sostre Cívic SCCL or with a project cooperative (ct-cooperativa-habitatges; sostre-civic-cessio-us).
Send the organisation’s legal and financial statements, project budget, land/title or surface-right documentation, member-capital plan, forecast use-fee income and proposed security through Fiare’s business/organisation financing channel. The lender says all credit undergoes economic and financial repayment assessment alongside its socio-environmental review. Its page also describes advances and capitalisation credit, which may suit eligible organisations’ cash-flow or equity needs, but confirm each product’s current legal-form gates and costs directly. See ct-coop57-habitatge for a lender that publishes a specific use-right housing product.
