Triodos Bank’s own case pages confirm that it financed Entrepatios Las Carolinas, a Madrid cooperative cohousing project using cesión de derecho de uso, and Residencial Antequera 51, a housing cooperative for older residents. This is evidence that an ethical bank financed Spanish housing cooperatives; it does not establish a current, generally available product in Catalonia or tell us whether commercial banks would lend to these applicants. The public case pages give no comparable rate, maximum, tenor, collateral or current intake conditions. A Catalan project may present its business case to Triodos, but should treat financing as unconfirmed until the bank assesses the specific borrower, land tenure, affordability, project cash flows and guarantees. For a published current housing-specific loan in Catalonia, see ct-coop57-habitatge; for Fiare’s explicit sector route, see ct-fiare-vivienda-cooperativa.

Separate a housing cooperative as borrower from an association or foundation that advises or supports it. The legal applicant should match ownership, surface-right or other tenure contracts and the project accounts. These cases do not substantiate a claim that any Catalan project has obtained a Triodos loan, and they cannot establish what traditional commercial banks will or will not lend.
