OPEN through 30 October 2026. An authorized Abitare Possibile or innovative-domiciliary-care pilot may apply through its public or private nonprofit implementing entity. The grant supports startup/operating costs for an inclusive experimental housing pilot, not property purchase or major renovation; max €119,000 total per authorized pilot over three years. A group must first hold the required regional pilot authorization.
The legal representative submits one PEC application per authorized pilot to salute@certregione.fvg.it by 30 October 2026 with detailed budget, authorization/project documentation and required declarations. Avoid double funding with analogous disability/independent-living support. Check the 2026 notice and DGR 1391/2026 attachments.
- The ceiling is €119,000 per application/pilot in total across three years, not annually.
- The pilot must already be authorized under regional guidance (DGR 1625/2019); a generic housing cooperative or ordinary cohousing proposal does not qualify by itself.
- Eligible cost types are startup/service costs such as staffing, rent, utilities and ordinary maintenance; property purchase and extraordinary maintenance are expressly excluded.
