Manresa has used municipal land for housing cooperatives through project-specific collaboration, not a standing open plot grant. The city reports La Raval (18 homes) and La Bertrana (60 HPO homes) on city land. For La Bertrana, the municipality constituted a dret de superfície for 75 years, extendable. Sostre Cívic’s current project page marks registrations OPEN, says 60 homes and plans occupation for spring 2027. Applicants must join Sostre Cívic, meet HPO requirements and register, and complete the project’s current intake process; an old 2025 information-session period is not the current deadline. The project page is the source for intake status. The municipal press release records a 2025 total project budget of €12.4m, including €2.5m NextGenerationEU, member-user contributions and bank credit including CEB support; these are project-specific historical financing figures, not an open offer.

Manresa’s 75-year extendable term is one deed-specific example, not a Catalonia-wide rule. Confirm the executed deed, extension mechanism, HPO allocation criteria and cooperative/member contract before estimating member tenure.
