Explicit examples include ETS, social enterprises, social cooperatives, recognized religious entities and other aligned nonprofit entities. The grant funds renovation for rent-controlled social housing; up to €2,000,000 per proposal (the €13m figure is total call allocation). This is a project-operator route, not a household purchase subsidy.
Apply online through Bandi e Servizi by 12:00 on 30 October 2026; receive protocol number. Property must be committed to social-housing use for 20+ years. Verify the official notice for cost base, project ranking and state-aid conditions.
- €13,000,000 is the whole call allocation, not the per-project limit. The official listing separately caps each proposal at €2,000,000.
- The examples are legal/status combinations: association, foundation or company eligibility depends on ETS/nonprofit/social-enterprise status and the call’s personality and purpose requirements.
- It does not fund a self-use cohousing group merely because it is organized as a cooperative. Tenants and target residents are not applicants.
