Inland municipalities may receive up to 90% with a €100,000 minimum investment.
Submit on FILSE Bandi On Line by 6 October 2026. One applicant may file at most two requests. Works must end by 30 June 2028 and be certified/reported by 31 October 2028. A cohousing group would need a qualifying public owner as applicant/partner.
