Regional ERP policy is organized around municipal allocation notices and the four provincial ARTE housing agencies. The currently closing PR FESR 2.11.1 line is a capital works grant to public owners/managers (ARTE, municipalities, metropolitan city, provinces and other public entities), and cannot be claimed by an ordinary private cohousing group; see it-liguria-fesr-social-housing-energy-2026. The Region described a separate structural-renovation/social-housing call as planned for autumn, but a finalized open notice was not verified on 5 October. Household ERP allocations operate through municipal calls, not group capital grants.
