Contract or conditional imminent contract, residence, normally≤5×IPREM applicant income, and home/room price ceilings apply. Art 133 separately states ownership/family/member exclusions and the qualifying nonprofit cooperative member exception. Usual home/room price ceilings €1,000/€600 become €500/€250 in municipalities/nuclei≤10,000, with lawful adjustments; verify the specific regional call.
Initial 2 years with territorial renewal up to 2more (art. 134). Art 137 maximum €300/month home or €200/month room, capped 60% rent/use price. Territorial management/call or lawful direct award needed. Usual duplicate rent-aid prohibition has named vulnerability exceptions. Household versus room applicant income and contractual/residence gates must be checked, rather than assuming youth membership suffices.
