Art 114 requires a recognised cultural-protection/planning/catalogue status or specified historic-ensemble/inventory inclusion, works compatible with cultural values, and recognised beneficiary status under integral-building or home-rehabilitation assistance.
Additional assistance≤€30,000/home is expressly compatible with those two underlying lines. Total aid cannot exceed actual cost. Protection/catalogue evidence and works approval precede treating the uplift as available; a culturally interesting building without formal recognition is insufficient.
