The beneficiary is the individual tenant/cessionary, not the cooperative or other housing provider. The subsidy was 50% of the monthly rent/use price for up to 12 months, counted from the first eligible 2026 rent and ending no later than 31 December 2026. For a lease with several tenants, each person’s aid is apportioned to the share of rent that person undertakes to pay; it is not a project-level award. The applicant must meet nationality/residence, public-grant and area-specific monthly price conditions. The call page states applications closed 15 June 2026.
A member in a cohousing home may have an individual pathway where their contract is a genuine use-right agreement and the person’s share, residence and other requirements fit the order. Do not assume that a membership/share payment is a rent or that an entity may claim the member’s subsidy. This closed cycle offers no evidence of a later reopening or group-promoter grant.
