The Junta’s non-competitive 2026 promoter subsidy funded only developments adscribed in 2025 to its protected rental/use-right programme. The application window was 23 May–22 July 2026 and is closed. The development needed provisional protected-housing qualification under Plan Vive (Decree 91/2020) and to satisfy the call’s tenure/project terms; this call does not open a new 2026 pipeline. Andalucía Housing Law 5/2025 contemplates protected-housing cooperatives: before formation, interested people may request a prioritized municipal protected-demand-register list of people seeking cooperative tenure or ask the municipality for a specific selection call.
