AHC’s 2026 competitive household assistance can cover a rent or cessió d’ús contract for a principal home in Catalonia; the individual applicant must be named on the contract and registered at the home. Calls are divided by age cohort, with separate bases and windows. The general Generalitat processing page showed the 2026 young-person call open 29 June–10 July 2026; by 5 October that period has closed. The current listing also links 2026 calls for age 36–64 and 65+, whose application windows should be checked in their specific resolutions. This is individual household assistance, not a grant to the cooperative or promoter.

Applicants provide the use/rental contract, paid 2026 receipts through application, and bank details. Competitive scoring applies; submitting first does not secure an award. Income ceilings, maximum rent/usage price, subsidy amount and other exclusions are age-cohort and resolution specific, so consult the current call rather than reusing prior-year figures. In 2026 the middle-age call maximum was €200/month (min €50) and older-person call likewise maximum €200/month; area-specific rent limits and household income ceilings apply by call. The official route accepts a cessió d’ús contract, which makes this relevant to cooperative residents where they independently satisfy the household gates. It does not reduce initial member capital or construction cost. See cessio-us-model, ct-habitatge-protegit, and ct-cooperativa-habitatges.
