Alternative and cross-border financial sources that do not belong to a single national jurisdiction folder: web3 / token-based cofinancing, mutual-credit and solidarity instruments, and funding from outside the EU.

Currently empty. Add notes here as instruments are verified. The moment a note is jurisdiction-specific, move it to that jurisdiction’s folder (DE/, AT/, …) — MISC/ is only for the genuinely cross-cutting.
