EU money (EIB, Pan-European Housing Investment Platform) flows via KfW/IBB/Landesbanken to municipalities and large developers — no EU/EIB instrument names grassroots cohousing groups as direct recipients. The genuine EU knowledge graphs (CORDIS/EURIO, KOHESIO, OpenAIRE) catalogue funded research/cohesion projects, not fundable cohousing programs. So the notes above are transnational instruments/policies (an SCE network; a policy survey), not EU grant lines — eligibility still turns on national legal form.
