🇪🇺 EU — MOC (greenfield)
Cross-border / EU-level cohousing finance. Currently empty — and that is itself a verified finding, not an omission.
Research (2026-06-26) found that EU money (EIB, Pan-European Housing Investment Platform) flows via KfW/IBB/Landesbanken to municipalities and large developers — no EU/EIB instrument names grassroots cohousing groups as recipients. The genuine EU knowledge graphs (CORDIS/EURIO, KOHESIO, OpenAIRE) catalogue funded research/cohesion projects, not fundable cohousing programs.
Add notes here as country-agnostic EU instruments are verified. Country-specific
programs go in their own jurisdiction folder (AT/, CH/, …), not here.
