At least 40 places; €1.5m at 40 places plus €35,000 per additional place, maximum €3m per proposal. This is a municipality-led targeted migrant housing infrastructure call, not direct household or general cohousing finance. No first reception.
Comune (or applicant acting with documented delegated authority, subject to the call) submits through the Regione Puglia digital catalogue platform. Property must be owned by or fully available to Comune for at least ten years after project completion.
