CDP Real Asset announced FNA in July 2024 as a fund of funds for affordable social housing. CDP subscribed an initial €100 million fund-level endowment, backed by a 50% InvestEU guarantee. FNA is intended to invest in affordable social-housing initiatives and attract public and private institutional investors. That €100 million is the fund’s initial endowment, not a per-project grant, cap, or amount available to a cohousing group. The announcement does not publish a direct call, application dates, project-level ticket, eligible legal forms or a direct applicant process for housing groups.

Treat FNA as an active national financing framework with direct project access unknown from the cited public notice. A group would need to identify a current underlying fund/manager and verify its mandate, structure, affordability terms, investment process and accepted project applicant. Do not infer eligibility from the fund’s social purpose. Household occupants are downstream beneficiaries; the investment applicant would be determined by the underlying vehicle.
