Cooperfidi’s core service is a collective credit guarantee (garanzia collettiva fidi) intended to help its member enterprises obtain loans, alongside financing advisory and assistance to identify subsidized finance. Cooperfidi says it is an Article 106 TUB financial intermediary authorised to lend to the public. These guarantee and advisory services are distinct from a cash grant or direct loan: the public site does not publish a cohousing-specific guarantee cap or automatic eligibility. Its guarantee requires membership, an underlying lender/credit request and case assessment; ask for current fee, coverage, collateral and product terms. A product-sheet reference to the national SME guarantee fund likewise says eligibility is evaluated on request, not guaranteed.
