CLOSED 15 September 2025. A qualifying Comune was the sole applicant for recovery of public ERP stock and municipal homes. A 25% share of the call’s overall allocation was reserved to “casagiovani” projects in provincial capitals, with co-housing/co-living for young couples, under-36s, single-parent households and separated/divorced residents as intended end-users. Maximum grant was €5m per proposal for municipalities above 40,000 residents or €2.5m for smaller municipalities. It was not a household or group application.
Archived: qualifying Comune submitted one digitally signed proposal by PEC to the regional territorial-planning directorate. Deadline 15 September 2025; regional results were approved 29 October 2025. The overall €20m call pool is not an individual cap; limits above are per proposal. No current reopening is evidenced.
