La Rioja’s electronic office currently describes the Bono Alquiler Joven as accepting applications through 30 April 2027. It pays the individual tenant or use-right holder, not a housing cooperative or project promoter: applicants are natural persons aged up to 35, with regular income no greater than three IPREM, a habitual-home rental or use-right contract, and generally no available home ownership in Spain. Initial contract term must be at least one year; monthly rent/use charge must not exceed €600 per dwelling or €300 per room. The home must be in La Rioja.

The aid is €250 per month, capped at the actual rent or use charge; the current procedure states support for up to two years. Applications are filed through the regional electronic office or accepted registry. This may help a qualifying member household after a use-right agreement is signed, but cannot fund land acquisition, construction or cooperative capitalization. Regional online procedure is current and the stated deadline is 30 April 2027. No group-promotion instrument or regional implementation call under the 2026–2030 national cooperative-housing programme was confirmed. See es-national-cooperative-collaborative-housing.
