La Rioja’s Plan REVIVE procedure is open through 1 June 2027 for a natural-person applicant aged 18–45, income at or below 6 IPREM, purchasing, rehabilitating or self-promoting a habitual home in a municipality of no more than 5,000 residents. The home must be occupied as habitual/permanent residence for five years. For rehabilitation/self-promotion, the applicant must own the property/land and apply before works. Eligible operation costs are capped at €220,000. Aid scales by town size: up to 40%/€40,000 in places ≤500 residents, 30%/€30,000 in places 501–2,000, and 20%/€20,000 in places 2,001–5,000. These caps are per household application, not cooperative project finance. Purchase applicants apply before signing or within one month afterward; works applicants apply before starting. Awards follow complete-application receipt order until annual credits are exhausted and pay after proof of purchase or completed works. Check the current order and procedure before filing.
