CARM’s 2026 strategic subsidy plan names a specific project, “A La Rosaleda Cohousing, S.Coop.”, for use-right cooperative/cohousing promotion and describes nonprofit entities meeting former PEAV chapter IX requirements as beneficiaries. This is project-specific budget/plan evidence, not a generally open call or proof another group can apply. A previous public/private rental-stock call required at least 25 years of capped-price rental/use but is closed. The PEAV 2022–25 household rent/use aid also ended; it expressly exempted members only where the landlord was a nonprofit use-right housing cooperative. Groups must register under Murcia Cooperative Act 8/2006 and seek a new call or public-land award; no general 2026 CARM cohousing call was verified.
