The ICV 2024–25 competitive call for cohousing/collaborative housing is closed. It expressly covered cooperative use-right housing under article 135(3) of Canary Islands Cooperative Act 4/2022 and similar rental, use-right or temporary arrangements. Applicant classes included adult persons, public/private entities, foundations, social-economy bodies, cooperatives (including self-promotion/self-construction), NGOs and qualifying associations. Check the original bases for call-specific costs, tenure and caps; the current procedure page does not mean the call is open. Groups should register under Act 4/2022, structure shared/interrelation space and monitor ICV/BOC for a new dated call. The 2023 vulnerability programme is also closed. The 2026 young-rent procedure is household aid, not project funding.
