By 14 August 2026, the 2025 call had reached staged award/denial/withdrawal decisions with €2,116,848.69 awarded in that resolution tranche; therefore it is closed as an application route on the verification date. A later 2026 housing decision confirms awards were processed, not a currently open call.
Young renters had a distinct 2026 Bono Alquiler Joven call, with award decisions published July 2026; that is likewise not evidence of an open application window now. Asturias’ BOPA service catalogue was searched for 2026 housing calls. No group-level cooperative construction grant or Asturias territorial call under the national 2026–2030 cooperative programme was verified. Applicants should monitor the Principality’s BOPA and housing procedures for new calls; do not treat national framework rules as open regional funding.
