The Generalitat’s Projectes Singulars 2026 grant includes Line 5, HabitatgESS, for nonprofit housing cooperatives in cessió d’ús. The official call explicitly includes cooperatives registered as integral housing-and-consumer cooperatives if they promote use-tenure housing. The cooperative must apply alone: Line 5 does not accept grouped applications. Its file requires a project summary, viability plan for the multi-year period, minimis-aid declarations and (as applicable) links to related entities, basic architectural project or building-condition report, proof of land title and municipal works-licence application. The 2026 application window was 3–17 September 2026 and is closed. The official page identifies the call and documentation but does not state an award ceiling there; confirm bases Order EMT/127/2026 and Resolution EMT/3075/2026 before budgeting or relying on a future cohort.
This route requires actual nonprofit statutes and use-tenure promotion; ordinary housing-cooperative form alone is insufficient. The 2026 call names both the regular housing cooperative and the registered integral subtype, but the subtype is not a general eligibility shortcut for unrelated grants.
