A qualifying household of at least three people renting its main residence on a registered private-market lease may seek an annual €3,000 rent contribution, subject to ISEE not over €10,000 based on 2024 income and remaining call conditions. This is household rental relief, not funding to a landlord, cooperative, cohousing association, or housing project.

Check the full signed annex and supporting-document requirements before applying; the €5m published allocation is a call budget, not a household cap.
