A household with ISEE up to €8,000, a registered Emilia-Romagna rental or housing-cooperative use contract, and rent burden of at least 25% may apply; individual adult files. Grant is 20% of annual rent up to €1,500 at a 25–40% burden, or 25% up to €2,000 above 40%. Bologna residents are excluded from this call. It is household rent relief, not capital for a cohousing group/project.
Apply online by 12:00 on 20 October 2026 with SPID/CIE/CNS. Municipality of the dwelling checks eligibility, ranks applications and pays until allocated resources are exhausted. A cooperative-use contract can satisfy the tenure condition, but the applicant remains a household member, not the cooperative.
